Bemus Pt. is a quiet town in the winter and a very bustling town in the summer. There are many quaint shops and restaurants. They even have their own Chautauqua Idol contest on the floating stage in the summer. The floating stage also hosts many other events in the summer such as band concerts and old time movies. It’s a joy to sit on the grassy shore and be entertained. There is plenty of docking space if you would like to visit by boat. The real estate market is always hot in Bemus Pt.
